Congratulations to all our 8 MR/VV teams! The Holiday Mixed Doubles Tournament was a lot of fun and gave several couples a chance to play together.
Here the final results:
Nancy and Clayton Peterson took on a team from SSV in the 7.5 level Championship Final. They WON and went undefeated for the three days earning First Place. Well done and Congratulations on your GOLD medal!
Catherine DeGrandpre and Rob Hazelaar took on a team from SVE in the 6.0 Consolation Final. They WON and brought home a Third Place Bronze medal! Congratulations!
Peggy and Ron Hoolsema took on a team from SSV in the 6.5 Consolation Final. They WON and brought home a Third Place Bronze medal! Congratulations!
Wendy Evans and Rick Huebsch took on a team from MV in the 7.0 Consolation Final. They lost and brought home a Fourth Place medal! Congratulations!
Kate and Rick Preston took on a team from SVE in the 4.0 Consolation Final. They lost and brought home a Fourth Place medal! Congratulations!
That’s a wrap on the SVE Holiday Mixed Doubles Tournament. Time for a Merry Christmas break until league play begins again in the New Year 2023.
