Come and join the fun at the annual Pizza Fest and Bean Bag Contest on Saturday, February 10. The event starts at 4:00 pm at the Sports Plex and the Bean Bag Contest will be at 6:00 pm at the tennis courts – Court 1.
4:00 pm – Social Hour Refreshments (BYOB)
5:00 pm – Pizza Dinner including pizza, salad and cookies
6:00 pm – Bean Bag Contest
Tickets for the pizza event are $8.00 per person and are now available from your Team Captain. Please let your Captain know if you want a gluten free and/or a vegetarian pizza. We must order these in advance.
The sign up sheet for the Bean Bag Toss is posted at the Skybox Bulletin Board. We can accommodate up to 40 teams for the contest. The fee to enter is $1.00 per person and will be collected as you enter the Sports Plex area for drinks and dinner.
We will be posting a sign up sheet for various tasks next week for set up, serving dinner, clean up, helping with the bean bag contest, etc. We appreciate your assistance with helping to make this a successful, fun event.
