The name of the organization is the Mesa Regal Tennis Club, hereinafter to be referred to as “MRTC” or “the Club”.
PURPOSE OF THE CLUB
The Club operates an active tennis program to promote participation of Club members at all skill levels. In addition to supporting league play, the Club encourages participation in round-robins, tournaments, and various social events. The Club emphasizes fellowship and good sportsmanship.
The Club is responsible to the Mesa Regal RV Resort community for the administration of an effective and equitable court reservation system. In addition, the Club will affect minor maintenance and repair of the courts and related facilities, but will coordinate such undertakings with Mesa Regal RV Resort management.
The Club shall not be conducted nor operated for profit, and no remainder or residue from dues, donations, or sponsored fundraisers shall benefit any member or individual except for expense reimbursement and authorized contracts/activities.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
You have the ability to determine who can view your uploaded images: Everyone, Club Members, or Friends. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
