This page is for Captains and Coordinators to manage their bookings (sign ups). Keep in mind the process as follows:
Free and PayPal SignUps
- Member gets an immediate email and ticket
- You get an immediate email letting you know someone has signed up and paid (if not free and used PayPal)
- Our treasurer gets an email letting he/she know that a payment has been made
Offline Payments
- Member signs up and gets an email letting indicating that they have signed up and are awaiting your approval and to pay you
- You will get an email indicating that someone has signed up
- You approve their sign up once you have been paid
- They will get an email ticket after you approve
