Hey awesome MR tennis group, did you know there are some great training/instructional videos available to you on the web and You Tube? Check out “Essential Tennis Academy” offering plenty of videos to choose from that focus on every aspect of your game. The Tennis Channel offers “One Minute Clinics” (you may have seen some of these if you watch tournament and grand slam competitions). These are also available on You Tube. USTA has plenty to choose from as well. Coaches, there’s great ideas for next season’s training/clinics. Until we are able to gather as a club for instructions, these will keep you motivated with your game. Whether you watch on your computer or TV – Enjoy!
