Hello, Tennis Family,
The second annual Leisure World Veteran’s Classic Tournament is just around the corner! It will be held from Nov. 4-11 at Leisure World and is dedicated to honoring our esteemed veterans. Mesa Regal/Val Vista have 12 teams entered. Some of our players have the opportunity to partner with players from other EVSTL parks, as well, in an effort to include as many folks as possible. The schedule of play for Saturday and Sunday is listed below. I will send an email update each evening with the results of that day’s matches and the next day’s schedule of play. I think I’ll need a pay raise and some “happy pills” at the end of this week’s reporting.
Leisure World is located at 908 Power Rd, Mesa, 85206. Ample seating with cushions is provided, both shaded and sunny. Restrooms are located nearby. Food and beverages will be offered for sale.
