We’ve had a great start to the 2023-24 tennis season this week. We’d like to invite all to the skybox most every morning at 9 am to watch some great tennis, see friends, have a cup of coffee and a treat, and cheer on MR.
Today the 4.0’s are playing and they have 6 strong exciting matches to watch. Tomorrow we have the 2.5 teams, Mondays the 3.5’s play, Tuesdays the 2.0’s, and Wednesdays the 3.0’s. Come to the skybox and support all our teams those days.
Our first tennis meeting is Monday, Nov. 6 at 4:30 pm in Royal Hall. Please come and support your club there also.
Our annual Welcome Back party is this Sat. Nov. 4 @ 4 pm at the Sports Plex. It’s always a joyous time reuniting with “old” friends. Thanks to the Robb’s and Wilson’s for heading up that party and feeding us. 👍😁
Lastly, our Street Dance with Sam & The Band is Saturday, Nov. 18. It starts at 4 pm with DJ music, and Sam will play from 5-8 pm. Marcos Pizza will be here to sell pizza. Donations will be very welcome to help pay expenses and Sam.
