Hello, Tennis Family,
The SVE Doubles Tournament ended today with the final matches. MR/VV had two teams playing in the consolation round, both with early morning matches.
Don Dymock and Bernie Moes battled against opponents from Sunland Village in the 2.0 division. They won and earned a third place, Bronze, Medal! Congratulations, gentlemen!
Neil Manson and Roger Smolnicky came up against a good team from Roadhaven in their 3.0 match. Unfortunately, they lost and finish just out of medal contention. Good effort you two!
That closes the book on the 2024 SVE tournament. Stay tuned tomorrow for information and scheduling about the next tournament. This is the SSV Mixed Doubles event that begins Monday.
