Mesa Regal Tennis Members,
First, I would like to thank Gary Nault for his great work creating and then tabulating our tennis survey. We had 145 (56%) responses. Our data below reflects the people who stated they will here by November 1st. (56% responded to date)

These numbers do not reflect members that thought they would arrive after November or just were uncertain at this time. Obviously this is not sufficient numbers for fall league teams. Based on these numbers, as your club president, I voted with the vast majority of other EVSTL resorts to cancel the fall league. I feel our numbers will be much stronger than reflected here.
Most of the parks are not currently allowing visitors, but that could change quickly. I am staying in touch with Cal Am MR staff. I am very optimistic that regardless of inter-resort competition, Mesa Regal could set up a great Recreational Tennis model and expand play as more people arrive and/or more parks open up to visitors.
I will continue to communicate with other club presidents. Your executive committee will be looking closely at the Rec Tennis model and how it could be implemented. Other topics being discussed are dues, planning the Welcome Back Party and restoring the Sky Box services.
